MiCD GLOBAL ACADEMY 
The Academy is an international dental education platform founded by Dr. Sushil Koirala in 2012. The Academy supports and advocates for the Minimally Invasive Comprehensive Dental Care (MiCD Care®), a mindful approach to Do No Harm Dentistry, for the MiCD Global Movement.
MISSION - MiCD global movement
To advocate for MiCD Care® on a global scale so that oral health care professionals can minimize the biological, financial, time and emotional costs of dental treatment, and achieve long-term optimal health, function, aesthetic and positive psychological outcomes in the best interest of the patient.
OBJECTIVES
- Promote the universal benefits of MiCD Care among professionals and the public.
- Encourage academic institutions to incorporate MiCD Care related knowledge and skills in their educational curriculums.
- Establish continuing professional development (CPD) based MiCD accreditation system to set the global standard for dental care.
- Innovate and develop Minimally Invasive Smart Technologies (MIST) in dentistry to support MiCD Care in clinical practice.
- Encourage individuals to become MiCD Knowledge Philanthropists and donate teaching, learning and awareness materials to support the MiCD Learning Station.
